I made my last payment through a friend in Pakistan who went to Askari Bank's branch and used the Deposit slip which is exclusively for DHAI clients. He deposited the amount in Pak Rs. and my recent statement from DHAI reflects that payment.

So this could be another way of making a payment especially for those who are living in UK and cannot transfer money in US$.
